You agree not to misuse MetricScope, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, circumvent platform restrictions, violate applicable law or third-party rights, or use data obtained through MetricScope in a manner prohibited by the applicable platform.
5. Third-party platforms
MetricScope may integrate with third-party platforms through their official APIs or authorization mechanisms. Feature availability may depend on permissions, API limits, policy changes, or service availability. MetricScope is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.
6. Accuracy and availability
Analytics may depend on information supplied by third-party platforms and may be delayed, incomplete, or changed by those platforms. MetricScope does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every metric will always be available.

We may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, address misuse, or respond to security risks.
10. Disclaimer
MetricScope is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Analytics are informational and do not guarantee future content performance, reach, sales, or other outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MetricScope will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on third-party platform data.
